Each year the club organises a rally of boats to which all members are invited. It is usually held over a weekend in September. For the last few years it’s been at the Blue Lias pub near lock 11 of the Stockton flight on the Grand Union.<\/p>\n
Activities at the rallies have included, a walking treasure hunt, boules, games, morris dancing, bring and share afternoon tea, etc. There is also usually a charity auction, musical entertainment, a raffle and a quiz.<\/p>\n
Much of the time is spent catching up with old friends and making new ones.<\/p>\n
