Because the CIBC is a 'virtual' Internet-based club, we are unable to offer the usual facilities available at most AWCC Clubs, such as moorings. However, due to our unique nature, we are able to offer all sorts of assistance to fellow AWCC Club members, which are very different from the norm.

An obvious one is assistance with accessing the Internet and World-Wide-Web and computer problems in general.

The following is a list of members who have specialist knowledge, or who are in a position to offer general help and assistance to AWCC affiliates.

Tony & Jenny Brooks, nb JennyB
AWCC members with boat problems on the Lower Kennet or Middle Thames who can not get professional help are welcome to phone on 0118 9874285 and Tony will help if he is available.
NOTE - Technical questions rather than breakdown help must come by email via TB-Training Tony@TB-Training.co.uk
Graham Keens, nb Jannock
Bourne End, Grand Union South

Graham Keens is happy to help people set up the internet access from their boat. He is willing to assist people to set up their PCs to take advantage of the Orange PAYG GPRS deal and give them access to email whilst cruising.
Sarah-May Matthews, nb Shelly-Anne

Can build simple websites for AWCC members at discounted rates. Free advice on website hosting and html code for people building their own website.

If you are coming up the Wigan flight and need a Huffler (labourer who offers services to help a canal boat through a flight of locks), call to see if I'm in the area and available to help.
